Chinese New Year is always a time for reunions, celebrations and it is also a time which gives hope to a better year ahead!

We had our first CNY celebration with our new name, AutomationSG earlier this year. 80 members, partners and council members attended our Chinese New Year lunch event. We had the honour to have our advisor, Minister of State Alvin Tan join us as well.

It was a splendid gathering with this take-away: Automation is making progress as an ecosystem where engagements of companies with different strength are coming together. One example is the collaboration between our members: SIIX-AGT Medtech and MMI Systems , a deeptech start-up and an established SME, in creating the Singapore value chain for service robotics.

We will work towards engaging the different end-user community in Manufacturing, Smart Buildings and Facility Management, Warehousing and more, to harness the value of Automation together!
